Civil Courts (Amendment No 3) Order 2011 coming into force

The Civil Courts (Amendment No 3) Order 2011 (SI 2011/2097) comes into force in stages between 12 September 2011 and 17 October 2011. The Order provides for the closure of 18 county courts and the establishment of a district registry of the High Court at Telford.
