On 11 March 2014, the High Court handed down its judgment in Keep Streets Alive Campaign Limited v London Borough of Camden [2014] EWHC 607 (Admin), holding that the Council had acted lawfully in introducing a policy requiring performance artists to obtain a licence to perform certain forms of art in its area.
