The Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2014 in force from 22 April 2014
The Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2014 (SI 2014/874) has been laid before Parliament and will come into force on 22 April 2014. It increases court fees in the County Court and the High Court. Fees in the Court of Appeal remain unchanged.
