TCC orders equivalent specific performance by payment into court

In Liberty Mercian Ltd v Cuddy Civil Engineering Ltd and another [2014] EWHC 3584 (TCC), the court considered, among other things, whether where specific performance of an obligation to provide a performance bond was impossible, it could order substituted performance so as to provide the claimants with equivalent rights to the bond.
