R (Deeqa Mohammed) v Local Safeguarding Children's Board for Islington and London Borough of Islington [2014] EWHC 3966 (Admin) examined whether "known or suspected abuse or neglect" in regulation 5(2)(a) of the Local Safeguarding Children Board's Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/90) includes the actions of a public body, which could prompt a Serious Case Review.
