On 6 February 2015, the Department of Health launched a consultation on draft regulations amending the NHS Bodies and Local Authorities Partnership Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/617) to include NHS England's primary medical care functions within the scope of the partnership arrangements permitted under section 75 of the National Health Service Act 2006.
