The Civil Procedure Rule Committee (CPRC) has provided an update on the planned timing of changes to court fees expected to be introduced in Spring 2015.
Note: Since this update was published, the House of Lords has approved the Civil Proceedings and Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2015, which implements substantial increases to court fees that will enter into force on Monday 9 March 2015 (see Legal update, Increases in court fees to enter into force on Monday 9 March 2015).
