The Infrastructure Planning (Radioactive Waste Geological Disposal Facilities) Order 2015 (SI 2015/949) was made on 26 March 2015 and came into force in England only on 27 March 2015. It creates a new category of nationally significant infrastructure project (NSIP) for the geological disposal facility for radioactive waste.
