The Environment Agency (EA) published a regulatory position statement on use of Guidance on the classification and assessment of waste (1st edition 2015) Technical Guidance (WM3), in June 2015. The Welsh Government (WG) launched a consultation on the draft Hazardous Waste (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2015, on 1 June 2015.
