In City Basements Ltd v Nordic Construction Uk Ltd [2014] EWHC 4817 (TCC), Ramsey J held that the adjudicator had jurisdiction to determine the dispute, so granted summary judgment. The court also considered an application for relief from sanctions to serve a witness statement late.
