REACH: ECHA confirms it will update its guidance on substances in articles following recent ECJ ruling

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) announced, on 30 September 2015, that it plans to update its guidance on requirements for substances in articles, following the recent judgment of the Court of Justice (ECJ) in Fédération des entreprises du commerce et de la distribution (FCD), Fédération des magasins de bricolage et de l'aménagement de la maison (FMB) v Ministre de l'Écologie, du Développement durable et de l'Énergie (Case C-106/14).
