President's information on ICACU form and guidance for local authority requests for co-operation in care cases

The President issued information to alert local authorities of the International Child Abduction and Contact Unit's new form and guidance for requesting information and co-operation from member states under Council Regulation (EC) 2201/2003 concerning jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and the matters of parental responsibility (Brussels II Revised), and the Hague Convention of 19 October 1996 on jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition, enforcement and co-operation in respect of parental responsibility and measures for the protection of children (1996 Hague Child Protection Convention).
