In ConocoPhillips Petrozuata BV and others v Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (ICSID Case No. ARB/07/30), a reconstituted tribunal considered whether it had the power to reconsider the majority decision issued in 2014, which denied Venezuela's request to reconsider its Decision on Jurisdiction and Liability issued in 2013.
