Details published of appeals in GlaxoSmithKline Spanish parallel imports case

On 9 February 2007, details were published on the DG Competition website of appeals brought by both the European Commission and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) against a Court of First Instance (CFI) judgment, which partially annulled a Commission decision finding that the dual pricing system that GSK had introduced in its sales conditions for all its pharmaceutical products in Spain breached Article 81(1) of the EC Treaty.
