Dispute boards: ICE dispute resolution board procedure

The ICE publishes two dispute resolution board procedures:
  • Alternative one, for use on international and UK projects that are not subject to the Construction Act 1996.
  • Alternative two, for use on UK projects where the parties are parties to a construction contract and are subject to the Construction Act 1996.
This note briefly considers both procedures and then provides a summary of the alternative two procedure.
