Dispute boards: ICE dispute resolution board procedure

The ICE publishes two dispute resolution board procedures:

Alternative one, for use on international and UK projects that are not subject to the Construction Act 1996.
Alternative two, for use on UK projects where the parties are parties to a construction contract and are subject to the Construction Act 1996.

This note briefly considers both procedures and then provides a summary of the alternative two procedure.
