This note has been updated to reflect the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102), which came into force on 26 February 2015.
This note is currently being reviewed following the publication on 26 September 2016 of a new standard Selection Questionnaire by the Crown Commercial Service (for more information, see Legal update, Crown Commercial Service replaces standard PQQ with revised standard Selection Questionnaire).
