It discusses the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)'s policy on voluntary self-audits and how employers can minimize OSHA liability by proving the unpreventable employee misconduct defense, preventing willful citations and avoiding citations under OSHA's Multi-employer Citation Policy.
