New Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013

This note considers the changes to the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure due to come into force on 29 July 2013 following Underhill LJ's fundamental review of the Rules.
The new rules are now schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/1237) which were laid before Parliament on 31 May 2013 and published on 3 June 2013. This practice note was previously the New Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure: Underhill's proposals.
