Hackney correct to list pub as asset of community value (FTT(GRC))

On 7 November 2013, the First-tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber) in Patel v London Borough of Hackney and another (Community Right: Localism Act 2011) [2013] UKFTT CR_2013_0005 (GRC) held that the London Borough of Hackney was correct to list a pub in its area as an asset of community value and dismissed the owners appeal against its listing.
