In London Borough of Southwark v The Information Commissioner and Lend Lease (Elephant and Castle) Limited and Adrian Glasspool (EA/2013/0163), the First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights) accepted that a financial model developed as an analytical tool should not be disclosed as it was a trade secret that required protection, but an agreement should be reached on disclosing the less commercially sensitive information.
