In Vernon v Azure Support Services Ltd and others UKEAT/0192/13, the EAT considered the time limit for a harassment claim in the context of a TUPE transfer, where the harassment occurs both before and after the transfer, and also whether the appropriate comparator for a woman in a sex discrimination claim is a homosexual male.
