Supreme Court rules that a NTQ served by one joint tenant determines tenancy and does not infringe rights under ECHR

The Supreme Court in Sims v Dacorum Borough Council [2014] UKSC 63 has ruled that a notice to quit served by one joint tenant will determine a tenancy and is not in breach of Article 8 or Article 1 of the First Protocol to the European Convention on Human Rights.
