CDM 2015: JCT DB11, IC11, ICD11 and SBC11 amendments

Standard clauses updating the JCT's references to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (SI 2007/320) (CDM 2007) to refer to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/51) (CDM 2015).
The CDM 2015 are in force from 6 April 2015.
These amendments were prepared by Practical Law, in advance of the published amendments from the JCT. We have now updated our schedules of amendments to refer to JCT Amendment 1, March 2015. We no longer maintain these amendments.
You do not need to use both these amendments and JCT Amendment 1, March 2015. The amendments may be used with the:
  • JCT Design and Build Contract, 2011 edition (DB11).
  • JCT Intermediate Building Contract, 2011 edition (IC11).
  • JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor's design, 2011 edition (ICD11).
  • JCT Standard Building Contract, 2011 edition (SBC11).
