Commercial Court considers whether to allow documents to be used for collateral purpose

In Rawlinson and Hunter Trustees SA (Trustee of the Tchenguiz Discretionary Trust) v Serious Fraud Office [2015] EWHC 266, the Commercial Court considered applications under CPR 31.22 and 32.12 for permission to use in Guernsey proceedings documents disclosed, and witness statements served, in separate English proceedings.
Note: The claimants in these proceedings have applied for permission to appeal please see, Rawlinson And Hunter Trustees SA & Ors v Director Of The Serious Fraud Office [2015] EWHC 871 (Comm).
Note: On 2 March 2016, the Court of Appeal refused permission to appeal this decision.
