Vesting order of property subject to escheat under section 181 of the Law of Property Act 1925 (High Court)

The High Court considered whether it should make an order under section 181 of the Law of Property Act 1925 (LPA 1925), vesting a new freehold interest in a third party that held an option over freehold land which had been subject to escheat.
