Upper Tribunal upholds Information Tribunal's decision ordering ICO to disclose journalists' names

The Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Chamber) has upheld the First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights)'s decision ordering the Information Commissioner's Office to disclose the names of the journalists (referred to in its "What price privacy" report) who had instructed private investigators involved in the illegal trade of personal information. (Information Commissioner v Christopher Colenso-Dunne [2015] UKUT 471 (AAC), 26 August 2015.)
