The High Court in R (Fox and others) v Secretary of State for Education [2015] EWHC 3404 (Admin) has found the assertion by the Secretary of State for Education that the new Religious Studies GCSE subject content was consistent with the requirements for the statutory provision of religious education in current legislation was wrong.
