In the matter of W-M (Children) [2015] EWCA Civ 1201, the Court of Appeal dismissed the mother's appeal, finding that the trial judge, who was very familiar with the case, was not wrong to limit the parties' written evidence or proceed with the final hearing in the father's absence.
