The First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights) has ruled in Cruelty Free International v Information Commissioner (EA/2015/0154) (29 December 2015). Note that this decision was upheld by the Upper Tribunal in July 2017 (Cruelty Free International v Information Commissioner [2017] UKUT 0318 (AAC)).
