We have reviewed, updated and enhanced our practice notes on suspension and termination, and key employer risks, under the 1999 FIDIC suite of contracts.

We have reviewed and enhanced the following practice notes on the FIDIC suite of contracts:

FIDIC: Suspension and termination under the Red, Yellow and Silver Books.
FIDIC: Key risks for the Employer under the Red, Yellow and Silver Books.

The updated notes analyse specific contract provisions in more detail and refer to recent cases that have considered the FIDIC contracts.

We are reviewing our other practice notes on the FIDIC suite of contracts and will update them over the next three months.
