In Lulu Construction Ltd v Mulalley & Co Ltd [2016] EWHC 1852 (TCC), Mr Jonathan Acton-Davis QC sitting as a deputy High Court judge in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC), has enforced an adjudicator's decision, finding that he had jurisdiction to award costs claimed under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
