Court of Appeal finds adjudicator not entitled to fees if decision unenforceable

In PC Harrington Contractors Ltd v Systech International Ltd [2012] EWCA Civ 1371, the Court of Appeal overturned Akenhead J's judgment in Systech International Ltd v PC Harrington Contractors Ltd [2011] EWHC 2722 (TCC). The adjudicator was not entitled to his fees because his decision was unenforceable due to a breach of the rules of natural justice.
