The Intellectual Property Enterprise Court has ruled that there is no obligation to provide disclosure reports under rule 31.5(3) of the Civil Procedure Rules in that court. (Cranford Community College -v- Cranford College Limited [2014] EWHC 349 (IPEC), 17 February 2014.)
