No state immunity for private acts when head of state died in office (High Court)

In Harb v HRH Prince Abcul Aziz [2014] EWHC 1807 (Ch), the court considered whether a head of state's immunity from suit (and that of his estate) continued, after his death in office, to extend to everything he did when he was head of state, whether of an official or private nature.
Note: On 13 May 2015, the Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal against this decision. See Prince Aziz v Harb [2015] EWCA Civ 481.
