Regulations introduce two-year backstop period for retrospective holiday pay and other wages claims

The Deduction from Wages (Limitation) Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/3322), which cap retrospective unlawful deduction claims at two years, have been published. They are designed to limit the impact on businesses of the EAT's decision in Bear Scotland Ltd and others v Fulton and others UKEAT/0047/13.
