High Court must recognise Chinese judgments

In Spliethoff’s Bevrachtingskantoor BV v Bank of China Ltd [2015] EWHC 999 (Comm), the High Court considered whether the claimant had submitted to Chinese jurisdiction, and whether public policy prevented the recognition of the Chinese judgments, when the dispute was subject to arbitration, and anti-suit injunctions had been made.
