In MT Højgaard A/S v E.On Climate and Renewables UK Robin Rigg East Ltd and another [2015] EWCA Civ 407, the Court of Appeal allowed an appeal and cross-appeal against the judgment of Edwards-Stuart J in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC).
