Acceptable to use other statutory schemes for cross-checking section 17 financial support (Court of Appeal)

In R (C) v London Borough of Southwark [2016] EWCA Civ 707, the Court of Appeal confirmed that it is permissible to use the statutory schemes for financial support to asylum or failed-asylum seekers as a cross-check for financial support given under section 17 of the Children Act 1989.
