Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT)

A tribunal established by statute to hear and rule on appeals from decisions of the employment tribunal, the Certification Officer and the Central Arbitration Committee. The EAT consists of a judge with two (or unusually four) lay members. The judgments of the EAT are available on the EAT website and also on BAILII.
