Financial promotions: a guide for unauthorised persons

Companies and individuals not authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) must ensure that any financial promotions they communicate comply with the requirements of the financial promotion restriction in section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).
