Information on employment packages of senior staff not held by education charity but third party private company (First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights))

In Hackett v Information Commissioner (EA/2012/0265), the First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights) has upheld the Information Commissioner's decision that the senior management team of an education charity were employed by a third party private company under the terms of a service agreement. Therefore, the information requested by the appellant under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 was not held by the education charity.
