Chancery Division practice notes on electronic court files and masters’ orders from 1 October 2014

The Chancery Division will start using the new electronic court file (CE-File) internally from 1 October 2014. However, electronic filing will not be available for court users until late 2015. In order to govern the use of CE-File between 1 October 2014 and the implementation of electronic filing in 2015, the Chancery Division has issued two practice notes, one on electronic filing and one on masters' orders.
