CDM 2015: professional appointments updated

We have updated Standard documents, Professional appointment and Professional consultant's letter of appointment to refer to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/51) (CDM 2015).

The CDM 2015 are in force from 6 April 2015, replacing the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (SI 2007/320) (CDM 2007). The updated standard documents allow parties to refer to the CDM 2007, or to the CDM 2015 if negotiating an appointment beginning on or after 6 April 2015.
