Changes to the procedure for development consent orders for nationally significant infrastructure projects (NSIPs)

On 18 March 2015, the Infrastructure Act 2015 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/758) (Regulations) were made. These Regulations will bring into force certain provisions of the Infrastructure Act 2015 (IA 2015), relating to development consent orders (DCOs) for nationally significant infrastructure projects (NSIPs).
