The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/1329) bring into force certain provisions of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 on 26 May 2015, including the ban on exclusivity clauses in zero hours contracts.
