Advisory rights

The right to attend and offer advice to governing bodies ( www.practicallaw.com/1-386-2910) at proceedings relating to the selection or dismissal of any teacher, and to have that advice considered.

Local authorities ( www.practicallaw.com/4-386-3828) have advisory rights in respect of all community, voluntary ( www.practicallaw.com/0-386-2915) controlled ( www.practicallaw.com/5-386-3823) , community ( www.practicallaw.com/0-386-3825) special ( www.practicallaw.com/2-386-2919) and maintained nursery schools ( www.practicallaw.com/3-386-2914) under regulation 12 of the School Staffing (England) Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/1963).
