In R (Guardian News and Media Ltd) v City of Westminster Magistrates' Court and another [2011] EWCA Civ 1188, the Court of Appeal considered whether it had jurisdiction (under section 18(1), Supreme Court Act 1981) to hear the appeal of a decision regarding disclosure of documents to the Guardian newspaper that arose in extradition proceedings.
