ACA publishes PPC2000 2013 version

The Association of Consulting Architects (ACA) has published PPC2000 Amended 2013, an updated version of its standard form contract.

The Association of Consulting Architects (ACA) has published PPC2000 Amended 2013, an updated version of its standard form project partnering contract. The 2013 version incorporates:

Amendments to comply with the changes to Part II of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (Construction Act 1996) introduced by Part 8 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 (LDEDC Act 2009).
A building information modelling (BIM) amendment.
An amendment for public sector payment terms.

Users of the PPC2000 may already be familiar with these terms, as the ACA has previously published amendment sheets covering these issues (for example, see Legal update, ACA publish Construction Act 1996 update to PPC2000).

The 2013 version also includes changes to the target terms and the project bank account appendix.
