IP Enterprise Court considers transitional costs provisions and departure from costs cap due to losing party's behaviour

The Intellectual Property Enterprise Court has considered how the transitional provisions for the change in scale costs made by amendments to Practice Direction 45 of the Civil Procedure Rules on 1 October 2013 should be interpreted, and has also awarded additional costs due to the abusive behaviour of the losing patentee.
