In Lovell Partnerships Ltd and another v Merton Priory Homes [2014] EWHC 1615 (TCC), Edwards-Stuart J considered the meaning of "...shall not be bound to make any further payment" under clause 13.9 of the ACA Standard Form of Contract for Term Partnering 2005, amended in 2008 (TPC2005).
